We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our Galway region operations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing and developing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets through existing accounts, new business opportunities, and after-sales service.
  • Returns Control: Monitor product returns within agreed targets.
  • Stock Reconciliation: Ensure accurate stock tracking from delivery to point of sale.
  • Team Rotas: Oversee scheduling and rota management for holidays, absences, and peak periods.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, and train staff as needed, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Fleet Management: Maintain company vehicles, adhering to accident reporting procedures.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide timely reports to senior management and maintain open communication lines.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar sales or territory management roles.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach with ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proven team player contributing to wider sales strategy discussions.
