GPC Finance is a global leader in specialist engineering and construction. We are seeking a skilled Project Support Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will work closely with the accounts payable department to ensure efficient and accurate processing of goods receipts. They will be responsible for monitoring KPI data, supporting procurement teams, managing bulk materials orders, and resolving issues with missing GRNs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Goods Receipts: Record and verify goods receipts using the GRN App, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Monitor KPI Data: Review and analyze KPI data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Support Procurement Teams: Process materials and plant requisitions from project teams, ensuring accurate details before submission to procurement.
  4. Manage Bulk Materials Orders: Oversee and manage bulk materials orders on a weekly basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  5. Solve Issues: Resolve issues with missing GRNs by addressing non-compliance, collaborating with accounts payable, procurement, and commercial teams to troubleshoot issues.
  6. Generate Reports: Generate and review Open PO Reports for site analysis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  7. Maintain Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including GRN reversals, order updates, and project closures.
  8. Additional Tasks: Undertake additional site support tasks as needed, aligned with role capacity and requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a project support role within the construction industry.
