We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee the operations of our catering and service teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in catering and management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Delicious Food: You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of delicious food to the highest standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.

  • Team Supervision: You will supervise our culinary and catering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Cost Management: You will oversee the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to improve performance.

  • Communication: You will communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional results.

  • Brand Representation: You will represent our company and maintain a positive brand image, promoting our values and mission to our customers and stakeholders.

  • Innovation: You will identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales and growth, working closely with our marketing and innovation teams to develop and implement new ideas.

  • Customer Service: You will liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Team Development: You will support and train our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role, developing their skills and knowledge to achieve their full potential.

  • Safety and Compliance: You will implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Great-Tasting Food: You will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Experience in Catering and Management: You will have a minimum of two years of experience in catering and management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate: You will hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

  • Financial Acumen: You will demonstrate brilliant financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and costs effectively.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ambitious and Motivated Individual: You will be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill and develop their knowledge and skills.
