Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist

We are seeking a creative and data-driven specialist to help grow our community and convert free members into paid subscribers.


You will be the go-to person for bringing campaigns to life in HubSpot – building landing pages, crafting email nurtures, deploying newsletters, and optimizing the member journey from first touch to upgrade.


This is a critical role that requires combining creativity, analytics, and marketing tech to drive real results. You will play a key part in building the growth engine for one of our fastest-growing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the Community: Drive new member acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen initiatives.
  • Nurture Members to Paid: Own email nurture strategies to guide free members to upgrade into paid plans.
  • Bring Campaigns to Life in HubSpot: Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and automated workflows that convert.
  • Product Marketing: Partner with product leadership to strategize and plan communications that align with the product roadmap.
  • Organic Social: Execute and manage organic social to achieve strategic goals.
  • Optimize for Engagement: Test subject lines, CTAs, and creative to increase sign-ups, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Deploy Newsletters: Manage client and member communications, keeping clients and members engaged and excited about what's next.
  • Measure & Iterate: Track key metrics, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to grow membership and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing automation, executing against demand generation and growth marketing goals.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce essential.
  • A creative thinker with a love for data – comfortable A/B testing subject lines and digging into metrics to improve performance.
  • Hands-on experience building email workflows, landing pages, and nurture campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail – you love moving campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset – you're excited to experiment and find new ways to engage our audience.
