We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to manage and process warranty claims, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Warranty Claims: Accurately manage and process warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty queries, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update warranty records and documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure all claims meet the warranty policies and procedures of the manufacturer.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to coordinate warranty processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
