HR Manager Role

To achieve organisational growth and engagement, a successful construction firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the design, implementation and roll out of a new HR function. The successful candidate will ensure that key business units are serviced appropriately and in line with their individual needs and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and roll out a fully functioning HR department
  • Oversight of business units and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in HRM or related subject
  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience in management level role
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering related industry
