Outdoor Activities Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Adventure Manager to lead our outdoor activities team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for safe and successful operations.
- Manage and train staff, oversee team development, and maintain high performance standards.
- Provide instruction in specialist areas relevant to outdoor activities and stay up-to-date with latest qualifications.
- Maintain safety regulations and support affiliated projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the adventure industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to work under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualifications and experience in outdoor activities, including instructorships and first aid certification.
- Previous management experience in a similar business or industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamworking skills.
- Aptitude for numbers and ability to manage budgets.
- Project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
