**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales operations engine.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our GTM systems, ensuring operational efficiency and automation at scale. You will work closely with our commercial teams to direct improvements across sales systems, territory management, lead routing, and process optimization.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and optimize lead and contact routing, territory deployment, and assignment logic
  • Serve as the technical owner of GTM systems, overseeing tool strategy, solution architecture, and system integrations
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to ensure data integrity, process alignment, and CRM governance
  • Manage Books of Business updates and user onboarding across commercial tools (excluding CRM provisioning)
  • Manage the intake and evaluation process for new tooling, vendor selection, and implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide clear updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to RevTech roadmap planning, budgeting, and prioritization aligned with GTM strategy

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles
  • Practical experience with Salesforce, including a detailed understanding of lead routing, territory management, and sales process automation
  • Deep understanding of how to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environments
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or Marketing Hub
