Finance Professional Seeking Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and excellent attention to detail due to high-volume invoice processing.
- Process, match, and post large volumes of supplier invoices in a multi-currency/entity environment.
- Liaise with suppliers, functional departments, and the wider finance team to resolve invoice, account, and payment queries.
- Serve as the key contact point for an assigned group of suppliers.
- Maintain monthly supplier account reconciliations.
- Complete various AP admin tasks, such as master data requests, document management, and mailbox management.
- Support month-end activities.
- Participate in finance process improvements projects.
- Minimum 3+ years of previous accounts payable experience.
- Dynamics 365 & Proactis experience is a distinct advantage.
- Be proficient in MS Office.
- Hold a solid understanding of VAT treatment on invoices.
- Possess exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
