Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced logistics coordinator to oversee the cross-docking process, including team management and health and safety supervision.

This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Manage all operations conducted at the assigned distribution center, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
  • Directly manage personnel assigned to the role, including indirect supervision of third-party employees/drivers.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility.
  • Coordinate activities related to goods in/out, transport, and staff management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment, preferably with a counterbalance truck license, manual handling certificate, and 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
