
Senior Customer Experience Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading distributor in the plastic manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to the sales team, working 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through prompt and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
