Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer complaints through various channels
- Ensuring 100% accuracy when completing Root Cause Analysis
- Becoming a case owner and ensuring case resolution at first touch to avoid further escalations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions
