Bids and Tenders Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing pitches, tenders, and presentations for various clients, both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintaining the formatting and layout of response documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and branding guidelines.
  • Overseeing the update and management of tender documents and the tender library.
  • Regularly updating and managing the tenders/pitches database.
  • Conducting post-tender analysis and providing detailed reports.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of bid processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience within a corporate environment is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and flexible on supporting multiple projects.
