Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team and provide therapeutic supports to young people aged 12-25 years who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that involves working with individuals, families, and communities to promote positive mental health and well-being.

  • To undertake initial assessments and develop evidence-based interventions to support young people in achieving their goals.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To maintain accurate and confidential records of practice, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Therapeutic Interventions

We are looking for an experienced clinician who can deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including:

  • Brief solution-focused therapy
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A doctoral degree or equivalent in clinical/counseling/educational psychology, or a related field
  • Registration/Accreditation with relevant professional bodies (e.g., PSI, An Bord Altranais, CORU)
  • Experience working therapeutically with young people aged 12-25 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of €37,000 - €57,200, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide:
