
Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a seasoned relationship builder to drive growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via existing channel partners
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce churn and improve renewal rates across partner accounts
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify high-churn risk accounts or prime upsell opportunities
- Foster close collaboration between your assigned Channel Manager and partners to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess growth potential and areas for improvement
- Nurture deep, trusting relationships with c-suite executives and client management teams across partner organizations
- Manage the renewal and upsell pipeline effectively, reporting progress and key milestones to leadership
- 4+ years of experience in partnership development or direct account management
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong drive and motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Operational expertise, including process creation and system organization
- Understanding of IT service providers and the IT channel ecosystem
