This is a challenging position for a Business Systems Analyst to drive process improvement and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and document business processes to identify opportunities for automation, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Support and enhance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, OpenAir and OneStream, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
- Translate requirements into effective technical solutions, leveraging expertise in ERP/CRM platforms and finance/accounting processes.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal and IT teams to deliver improvements, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly, driving business continuity and success.
- 2-4 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or equivalent), with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms (NetSuite a plus), with the ability to adapt to evolving technology landscapes.
- Understanding of finance/accounting processes, with a focus on financial analysis and planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and documenting business processes, finding opportunities for automation, and supporting the development of systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, OpenAir and OneStream.
They will also be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with opportunities to work remotely from time to time.
