Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our customers.

About the Role
  • Provide technical solutions to help customers fully utilize their investment
  • Configure customer systems to meet requirements
  • Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our case tracking system

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. They will be able to maintain ongoing customer relationships, onboard and train users, improve customer experience through product support, and provide insights on client-to-business interactions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Identify customers' needs and help them use specific features
  3. Report on application issues

Requirements
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (12pm-8pm GMT/BST)
  • Native level proficiency in English
  • Relevant technical diploma, degree, or relevant work experience
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving problems in software environments
