Job Title: Insurance Complaints Handler

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a skilled Insurance Complaints Handler. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and resolving issues.

About the Role:
  • This role will involve investigating formal complaints, preparing well-structured responses, and supporting escalated complaints to Financial Services.
  • You will work closely with quality and compliance teams to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement from complaint data.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Consumer Protection Code (CPC) guidelines and be able to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate Formal Complaints: Gather relevant information, assess the situation, and prepare thorough and accurate responses.
  2. Support Escalated Complaints: Collaborate with Financial Services to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify Trends and Areas for Improvement: Analyze complaint data to identify patterns and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified and experienced professional in customer complaints handling.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Protection Code (CPC) guidelines and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
