About the Role

Our Customer Support team is dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to our clients, empowering them to achieve clarity in their work and optimal results with Asana.

We are a team of Asana experts and productivity specialists who are passionate about investing in our clients' success. We help our clients navigate questions, feature requests, and bug reports, while educating them on best practices within Asana.

We amplify our clients' voices in product development, fostering a dialogue through our support channels. Our ultimate goal is to measure our success by our clients' success, exemplifying empathy and understanding in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customer accounts, providing support for inquiries, feature requests, bug reports, and Asana best practices to drive adoption and enhance utilization.
  • Host live video calls upon request, resolving urgent, high-severity issues for top-tier customers.
  • Develop a profound understanding of where Support can effectively assist named customers, cultivating a positive, consultative relationship to facilitate transformative change in how they work with Asana.
  • Assist customers of all sizes via email, resolving inquiries and empowering users to maximize their Asana experience.
  • Maintain a technical and pragmatic focus on customer support, driving positive outcomes and delivering exceptional service.
  • Update and maintain our internal knowledge base with insights from customer engagements, ensuring that all information remains up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Support by responding to questions and requests regarding complex cases for other customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support; live channel experience preferred (chat, phone)
  • Technical support experience, particularly with API & integrations, workflow troubleshooting
  • Natural troubleshooting skills and strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Impeccable customer service skills: communication, empathy, integrity
  • Tenacious work ethic and relentless attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Asana and other work management platforms a plus
