Job Title:

Technical Coordinator, Complaints and Investor Resolution

About the Role:

This position plays a key part in handling Transfer Agency complaints. The successful candidate will investigate and resolve customer issues to the highest standard within strict timeframes.

The role requires strong analytical skills for researching and resolving enquiries, completing trend analysis, and preparing management information.

All complaints must be handled according to Regulatory requirements and accurate records kept of all complaints.

  • Demonstrate understanding of the Transfer Agency operational area.
  • Understand regulatory complaint handling requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
Responsibilities:

This position involves ensuring that all complaints are handled in line with Regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records of all complaints.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience of regulatory complaint handling requirements and prior exposure to Consumer complaint cases.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating an understanding of the Transfer Agency operational area, understanding of regulatory complaint handling requirements, and strong analytical skills.
