Commercial Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our data centre projects in Dublin and across Europe.

This role offers full commercial responsibility for procurement, cost control, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities to meet project timelines and budget targets
  • Implement robust cost management practices and ensure accurate commercial reporting for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams from pre-construction through delivery to drive project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
  • Oversee subcontractor onboarding and ensure contract compliance
  • Promote efficient and contractually compliant practices across the supply chain

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a Main Contractor environment
  • Strong analytical, contractual, and financial skills
  • Familiarity with MEP and data centre projects (desired)
  • Experience with various procurement models (lump sum, remeasure, design-build)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
