Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the construction sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint in this sector.

You will work closely with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers to consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with new clients in the construction sector across Ireland.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our recruitment services offering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets using a consultative-sales approach.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing recruitment roles within construction or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sector and the staffing challenges it faces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
