Customer Advocate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Advocate. As an advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering key customer features to production while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be highly technically proficient, an excellent communicator, and have a strong customer orientation. You will advise our project teams and customers on design, product enhancements, optimization, and implementation, while being commercially aware and making sound judgments.

This is a customer-facing and technical role that requires the ability to operate within multi-location delivery teams, both onsite and remote. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and experience in e-commerce (retail) or high transaction volume/mission-critical cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation team to deliver our product according to customer requirements, making architectural decisions and ensuring best practices.
  • Provide consultancy services to our customers during product use.
  • Manage customer solutions and system architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into system design and detailed technical architecture documents clearly and professionally.
  • Identify product enhancements and inform product management of their business value.
  • Work with Operations to analyze system performance in production and evaluate enhancements for performance and cost benefits.
  • Contribute to and agree on a strategic customer roadmap with leadership.
  • Support the long-term development of our product suite.
