Job Description

We are seeking an experienced privacy professional to join our contract team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conducting privacy impact assessments, compliance frameworks, and governance, with the ability to work independently across business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective privacy controls.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives in line with GDPR, CCPA, and other global compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with internal teams to define and implement privacy governance requirements, particularly within vendor due diligence programs.
  • Provide guidance on IT and product privacy matters, ensuring best practices are embedded throughout product lifecycles.
  • Contribute expertise on AI-related privacy risks and compliance considerations.
  • Work independently to engage with stakeholders, manage work streams, and deliver privacy requirements with limited oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in privacy roles, with proven exposure to product and IT privacy.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
  • Experience conducting privacy assessments and reviews in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI-related privacy risks and controls.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently across teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical privacy solutions.
