Are you a visionary leader seeking to spearhead a cross-discipline team in new product launch and VAVE/CI initiatives? Do you have a talent for effective resource management, self-direction, and attention to detail?


We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and meeting cost targets.


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to translate customer/company requirements into technical features and objectives, and a proven track record of developing and managing project plans and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans and budgets based on scope and resource requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-discipline teams through maturity levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Design Validation: Oversee Design Validation Plan and Report (DVP & R) to ensure components meet design specifications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Design Engineering for thermal and fluid simulations using computation tools.
  • Supplier Management: Identify part list elements as in-house or external produced and support supplier selection decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with Quality Engineering for outside supplier 'black box' component development.
  • Manufacturing Support: Confirm Manufacturing Engineering interfaces with Technical Teams for smooth launches.
  • Cost Tracking: Maintain project cost tracking.
