Join Our Team as a Senior Business and Product Development Leader

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your business development expertise with product management skills in a hybrid role that drives growth and innovation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across emerging sectors, develop strategies to grow market share and meet revenue targets, build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and procurement teams, represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
    • Product Development: Lead research and introduction of new products aligned with market needs and sustainability goals, collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to expand and optimise the product portfolio, monitor customer feedback, compliance requirements, and innovation trends to guide development, conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation, oversee product testing, certifications, and compliance documentation in collaboration with technical teams, validate assumptions, test hypotheses, and iterate based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Main Goals: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing innovative product offerings that meet market demands.

This position requires a strategic, commercially-minded individual with a hands-on approach, capable of influencing both customer decisions and internal product strategy. A Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (preferred), minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or product management, proven B2B sales success preferably within insulation, HVAC, cleanroom, or construction sectors, strong understanding of technical products and the Irish construction market, demonstrated experience in product sourcing, launch, and portfolio growth are essential qualifications.
