Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse portfolio of client engagements, including locally and internationally owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and family offices.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Develop market-leading relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating across the firm to deliver complex projects.
  • Expertise and Guidance: Maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant tax laws and legislation, advising clients and stakeholders on the latest technical issues.
  • Team Development: Supervise, coach, and provide regular feedback to Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need initiative, drive, and the ability to work with and help lead a growing team. You will also need to maintain deep, trusted relationships with clients and contacts in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tax Knowledge: Relevant and up-to-date UK tax knowledge, with varied experience of complex tax issues facing both locally and internationally owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage several demanding client projects while remaining resilient and planning workload for self and others.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and written communication skills, with the ability to support a range of stakeholders, including client contacts and staff.
  • Business Development: Evidence of contributing to business development activity and winning new client work, with ACA and/or CTA qualification and at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
