We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reception Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, using your discretion and judgment to find solutions that meet the needs of our guests and the company.
About You:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, able to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
- Team Player: Be a team player, willing to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Flexibility: Possess flexibility and adaptability, able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Hospitality Experience: Have previous experience working in a similar property, although full training will be provided.
- Opera System Knowledge: Familiarity with the Opera system is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required for this role.
