Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our organization. Our approach delivers tailored solutions that address the unique needs of midsize and enterprise organizations globally.

Key Objectives:
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their cybersecurity goals and challenges, and offer solutions that align with their needs.
  • Evaluate customer success programs, retention, and upselling strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption and maximize customer value.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report regularly on customer outcomes to leadership.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation process to ensure a successful start.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess progress, discuss security posture, and plan future strategies.
  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Lead customer training sessions and workshops to enhance their knowledge and use of our security services.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
