Job Opportunity

This is a critical position in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Generative AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer requirements to position the product to meet those needs.
  • Fostering strong and proactive relationships with key stakeholders on the client side.
  • Conducting training sessions for clients on the effective use of our AI products.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or features to existing clients.
  • Providing ongoing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the sales team, product development, and other departments to deliver solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in SaaS Enterprise Software sales, particularly in the AI domain.
  • Demonstrated strong emphasis on technical proficiency and relevant experience.
  • Experience in startup environments with Product Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
