This is a unique opportunity to join the team and play a crucial role in the successful launch of our hotel, restaurants and bars.

  • Job Description:
  • We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead the on-property sales team, ensuring strategies are in place to drive revenue across all market segments.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to source, drive and grow revenue, constantly monitoring results and adjusting strategies and activities.
  • Manage and lead the sales team from recruitment through to team development, encouraging a highly proactive and high performing environment.
  • Closely work with regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue and Brand, as well as fostering strong relationships with the wider sales team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Pre-opening sales strategies and the sales critical path.
  • Collaborate with key teams (e.g. Hotel Operations, Brand, Revenue, Digital, Graphics & PR) to ensure key information and insights are shared.
  • Account management activities, including rate negotiations and maximizing market share.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in a senior sales role preferably within the Irish market.
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven.
  • Ability to introduce structured ways of working into a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team leadership skills, able to manage and inspire others.
