We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive growth and shape strategy as the Head of Commercial for a high-growth consulting firm in Dublin. This dynamic role involves leading a talented team, collaborating with senior leadership, and working directly with C-suite decision-makers to deliver transformative projects.

Job Description

As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end business development cycle – strategy, pipeline, conversion, and account growth. You will shape and execute growth plans across priority sectors and service lines, building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development cycle, driving growth through strategy, pipeline management, and conversion.
  • Shape and execute growth plans across key sectors and service lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Engage C-level clients, secure large-scale consulting and tech services contracts, and drive market presence through events, partnerships, and industry networking.
  • Monitor performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM excellence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 8–10 years' experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership, with a proven track record of building pipelines and closing complex deals with major organisations. You should be skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders, possess strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
