Job Title: Business Development Manager
Role Summary:The primary goal of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive sales growth. This involves developing a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets in collaboration with the Department Director and Marketing team.
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage the sales funnel, and report performance metrics.
- Present proposals and contract renewals to clients and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure comprehensive and competitive terms.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and address any disputes or contractual issues.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events to build brand awareness and establish key relationships.
Commercial Account Management is a critical aspect of this role. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring account performance with internal stakeholders and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serving as the main commercial contact for clients and regularly meeting with them to review accounts and identify further commercial opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered successfully.
- Providing feedback to Department Directors based on client feedback and market needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales management.
