As a Security Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and securing authentication services for Consumer and Partner identities. You will partner with various business, information technology, and larger cyber security teams to ensure technology is deployed, configured and supported securely and aligned with Cybersecurity and enterprise technology strategies. In this role, you will work and collaborate effectively on a team to support identity capabilities and solutions, focusing on our business partners, to implement and support technical solutions and capabilities in Identity that improve security while enhancing user experience. You will keep abreast of the latest developments in IAM technologies, security threats, and regulatory changes.
You will work closely with enterprise IT, Cyber team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and issues to incorporate feedback into the IAM technologies and solutions. Your strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills will allow you to engage with Customers in the complete resolution of their issues. You will have the ability to translate the general threats into relevant business and technical impacts, and will be responsive and disciplined in your support of the security services that are provided.
In this role, you will evaluate, design, and develop Identity and Access Management technologies and capabilities, addressing consumer data regulations and integrating regulatory and industry standards into cybersecurity designs. You will also develop solutions with PowerShell, Python, NodeJS, PHP or other development and scripting languages, and will have an understanding of common services used in cloud-based architectures, with experience in AWS and/or Azure, and awareness of cloud platform security and controls.
