Financial System Project Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Irish bank's Financial Control team as a Procurement System Upgrade Specialist.

The role involves collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams to design and implement a new Group Procurement system, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.

Daily tasks will include analyzing finance design proposals for accuracy, ensuring testing deliverables are completed on time, and reporting data issues via JIRA. Additionally, you will work closely with the project team to prevent misalignment and analyze procurement spend data for comprehensive inclusion and accurate financial reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in Procurement Operations or Finance, with knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence positively and collaborate effectively are also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to design and implement the new Group Procurement system.
  • Analyze finance design proposals for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure testing deliverables are completed on time.
  • Report data issues via JIRA.
  • Work with the project team to prevent misalignment.
  • Analyze procurement spend data for comprehensive inclusion and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Procurement Operations or Finance, with working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems.
