Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead one of our high-performing Outbound BDR teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over-performance in an Individual Contributor and Manager role, with a strong focus on training and development. They will be passionate about leading a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Recruiting, training, and supporting Outbound BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics while hitting our wider strategic goals.
  • Conducting impactful 1:1s, providing guidance, and motivation to drive team performance.
  • Collaborating with peers in the Business Development, Sales & Sales Enablement teams to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Developing and implementing creative prospecting initiatives focusing on delivering a differentiated experience to prospects.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience managing BDRs, a history of over-performance, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in French (verbal and written) and English is also required.
