Role Overview:

Prl Sales & Marketing is seeking a skilled Sales Merchandiser to drive sales growth within assigned stores, focusing on the FMCG market.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with line managers, peers, and customers.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to enhance sales growth within assigned stores, through a mix of direct selling, business development, data collection, and merchandising activities.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key store contacts across the FMCG market.
  • Creating and implementing plans to enhance sales growth within assigned stores.
  • Ensuring maximum activity in stores to support volume and value of sales.
  • Enhancing the path to purchase through POS placement, product training, and merchandising practices.
  • Capturing and reporting in-store data, including promotional compliance, distribution data, and incremental displays.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have some merchandising and/or retail experience, along with a can-do attitude and good social intelligence.

Able to work effectively as part of a team, willing to support colleagues, and learn from them to achieve common goals.

FCDL is essential, and you should have strong technological acumen, with the ability to work with tablets/phones.
