We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage community operations and enhance user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of community standards, market knowledge, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve reported issues, such as account support requests or abusive content.
- Enforce community guidelines by monitoring reports of abuse on the platform.
- Become knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
- Use market insights to identify scalable solutions to improve community support.
- Analyse data to develop ways to enhance user engagement.
- Recognise trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Strong personal resilience with ability to operate in pressured environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, written communication, and empathy.
- High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
- Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work collaboratively.
- Effective time management & prioritisation skills.
- Ability to consistently meet performance targets.
- Fluent near-native level (C1-C2) of English in oral and written communication.
