Senior Kitchen Team Member

The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualities:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar senior role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HACCP principles and procedures, ensuring seamless compliance.
  • A recognized culinary qualification, such as a diploma or degree, to underpin their expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
  • A high level of attention to detail, guaranteeing that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The Role Expectations:

  1. To work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, award-winning kitchen team, consistently delivering production to agreed standards and timeframes.
  2. To perform up to 5 days per week in the kitchen department, producing high-quality food products within designated timeframes.
  3. To ensure strict adherence to and documentation of HACCP procedures, upholding the highest levels of compliance.
  4. To maintain open and effective communication with breakfast chefs and other kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
