Job Opportunity: Tender Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Representative to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations and sending written price confirmations to customers.
  • Key responsibilities include searching for potential tender notices relevant to our business, working with key stakeholders to ensure tenders are submitted within customers' specific deadlines and requirements, and overseeing the compilation of tenders and bids.
  • Additionally, the candidate will maintain accurate tender files for historical and reference purposes.

Working Relationships:

  • Team Lead, Customer Support
  • Other departments within our organization globally (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Logistics, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge of pricing, tenders, or public procurement is advantageous.
  • Legal or business qualification is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, with clerical speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong customer focus (Internal & External).
  • Positive attitude and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of Pricing & Tenders Software is advantageous.
