About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Kelco Communications Ltd. As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in selling Vodafone telecom solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Telecom Solutions: You will sell Vodafone telecom solutions, including mobile, fixed-line, broadband, and IoT products, to potential clients.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate Contracts and Close Sales: You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets, utilizing your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to achieve success.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, ensuring you remain knowledgeable about the latest developments in the telecom industry.
About You:
- Proven Sales Experience: You have a proven track record of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong Understanding of Telecom Products: You have a strong understanding of telecom products and services, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to Build Relationships: You can build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivated with a Results-Oriented Mindset: You are a self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset.
