Job Description- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job ad creation, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer extension, compliance verification, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create comprehensive candidate profiles.
- Determine short, medium, and long-term hiring priorities and work closely with HR leaders to develop strategic talent plans.
- Conduct market research for all divisions, providing up-to-date data on salaries, benefits, and availability to hiring managers, as well as managing internal expectations and offering ongoing training, coaching, and advice.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to drive results.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Support talent management initiatives and contribute to policy updates.
- Provide administrative support for employee records, handbook revisions, and HR process clarification.
