About the Opportunity

  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive complex programs across multiple engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.

The Payment Intelligence organization believes that online payments should be simple and scalable for merchants. Our vision is to offer smart authentication solutions that empower our merchants to achieve the most optimum payment performance by balancing regulatory requirements against conversion, costs, and fraud considerations.

We envision a future where payments can be authenticated securely, contextually, and with least amount of friction, unleashing limitless opportunities for merchants.

This role will play a key part in leading these initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams to design, scope, and deliver new features and capabilities, creating functional specs, project/release plans, and roadmaps, owning and executing one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.

As part of this role, you will also drive product decisions to align with program and sometimes higher company initiatives, influence peers/managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity, guide and manage the usage of agile methodologies to simplify project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs/initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and deliver new features and capabilities.
  3. Create functional specs, project/release plans, and roadmaps.
  4. Owning and executing one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
