Store Stock Operator Keyholder

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support store management team with daily tasks and store duties.
  • Motivate, support and encourage sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and hit personal targets.
  • Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the store manager.
  • Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis.
  • Train store associates in stock management guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure product is well displayed, assorted and tagged on the floor and in the stock room.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom.
  • Offer guidance and direction to sales team to assist with their development and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
  • Share our values, what we stand for and be passionate about the brand.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, be very organized and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, work flexibly and drive change.
  • Adapt quickly to meet store operational demands.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a timely manner.
