Job Opportunity:

Lead a high-performing bid team and craft compelling proposals that secure major infrastructure and consultancy projects in Ireland.

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional writing and communication skills, and can manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines with confidence.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification through to submission.
  • Develop tailored bid content that aligns with client requirements and win themes.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to create cohesive proposals.
  • Manage bid timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Establish and maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and CVs.
  • Conduct reviews and quality assurance of bid submissions.
  • Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform bid strategy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in bid writing and/or bid management, ideally in infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools.
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field is desirable.
