We are seeking a results-driven Senior Human Resources Manager to drive effective people strategies across the business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record as a Senior HR Manager or equivalent in a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and global frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving cultural change and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Commercially minded with ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
