Responsibilities
  • This includes providing insight, oversight, and experience in strategy formulation within the youth sector.
  • You will also be responsible for contributing to all aspects of HR and employment.
  • An additional responsibility is assisting in creating a comprehensive HR policy, including an Employee Handbook that adheres to current legislation and best practices.
  • Regular monthly board meetings will be held either in-person or online, requiring a commitment from trustees.

This role requires a strong background in HR, with the ability to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
