
Senior Human Resources Strategist

As a key member of our leadership team, the Chief People Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's human resources strategy.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a complex, significantly sized organisation. They will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of employee relations environments and a proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies.
Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Lead initiatives to transform the HR function and align it with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
- Champion a culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Appreciation of complex employee relations environments with unionised colleagues.
- Proven track record of successful HR strategy implementation and change management.
- Commercial acumen and ability to link HR strategy to business objectives.
- Understanding of compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
- Influence and challenge others at all levels within the organisation.
- Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
