Supportive Operations Coordinator

GHL Recruitment is a registered charity seeking a highly motivated and proactive Office Coordinator/PA to support daily operations.
This part-time role (18 hours per week) offers hybrid working, with occasional in-person attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for general inquiries, volunteers, and members.
- Support event coordination, communications, and database management.
- Assist with governance-related tasks, including compliance and reporting.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and document preparation for the team and board.
- Maintain and update policies, ensuring adherence to regulations.
About You:
- You must have at least 2 years of experience as a PA or Office Manager.
- Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress is a plus.
- Previous experience in the charity/non-profit sector is an advantage.
