Job Posting

A Senior Inspection Specialist is required to drive the development of our European manufacturing site in Galway. The specialist will collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance and Operations Engineering to ensure open and timely communication of project deliverables.

  • Evaluate inspection methods and process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement inspection methods and sampling strategies.
  • Design and develop fixtures for measuring component parts in Receiving Inspection.
  • Develop inspection processes for complex and high-volume component throughput.
  • Conduct measurement capability assessments (i.e. Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility).
  • Create test strategies and conduct equipment/method qualification and validation.
  • Manage projects, track progress and provide updates to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, 5-8 years relevant experience.
  • Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or PhD and 0-2 years experience.
  • Proficiency with engineering software tools, statistical analysis and Microsoft Office Products.
